NRSG 740L - Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical Studies for Adults and Elderly for Advanced Practice Nursing Practicum I

(8 units)

Prerequisites: Admission to the DNP Graduate Program, completion of all DNP core classes and/or consent of the instructor.
Corequisites: NRSG 740, NRSG 792B.
Clinical practicum for family psychiatric nurse practitioner students that focuses on application of mental health concepts in adult and elderly patients. Theories from prerequisite and concurrent courses are applied and tested.

Letter grade only (A-F). (Clinical requirement of 24 hours per week) Not repeatable for credit.
