SDHE 512 - Law & Ethics in Higher Education

Prerequisites: Must be a current student enrolled in Counseling, Student Development in Higher Education Master’s Program.
Survey of key federal and state statutes, case law, and ethical standards related to higher education administration. Students explore their beliefs and values about current topics, analyze and critique institutional policies, and practice ethical decision-making.

Letter grade only (A-F). Not open for credit to students with credit in EDP 510/COUN 510.
