SCM 413 - Total Quality Management

Prerequisites: MGMT 300 and I S 301. Management, OSCM majors, CEM majors or Applied Mathematics majors only (or MGMT and SCM minors only). First-time, first-year students excluded.
This course introduces and analyzes principles of Total Quality Management in supply chains. Topics will include the fundamental concepts associated with the philosophy of quality management, quality models/theories, process management and improvement, change management, and ethics.

Letter grade only (A-F). Not open for credit to students with existing credit in MGMT 413.
