Prerequisite: Must be a current student enrolled in Counseling, Student Development in Higher Education Master’s Program.
Foundations of leadership for organizational change, equity, and inclusion in higher education. Includes conventional and critical theories of leadership, organizational structures, culture and politics, supervision, conflict resolution, and program development and evaluation.

Letter grade only (A-F). Not open for credit to students with credit in EDP 549/COUN 549/SDHE 549.
