Prerequisites: Must be current student enrolled in Counseling, Student Development in Higher Education Master’s Program.
Survey of student development in public and private colleges and universities, focusing on historical, philosophical and theoretical foundations; roles and functions; legal, ethical, and organizational issues.

Letter grade only (A-F). Not open for credit to students with credit in EDP 538/COUN 538/SDHE 538.
