Adaptation of generalist frameworks of social work practice to generalist approaches to community and institutional applications. Analysis of critical race theories and intersectional frameworks underlying community practice. Adaptation of theories and activities to organizational contexts. Techniques and activities applicable to communities and neighborhoods.
