NUTR 437 - Nutrition Education and Counseling

Prerequisites: NUTR 335 and NUTR 436B.
Develop foundational knowledge of behavior change theories and techniques related to nutrition education and counseling. Supervised counseling is conducted at sites on and off campus to practice establishing food/nutrition priorities, goals and individualized action plans.

Letter grade only (A-F). (6 hours clinical activity).
