GEOG 469 - Cities and Social Justice

Prerequisites: GEOG 301 or GEOG 360 recommended.
Course examines theories, strategies, and practices of empowerment, organizing, and sustainable community development. Topics include community-based research, environmental and social justice, participatory decision-making, and social policy, including affordable housing and living wages.
