Prerequisites: Upper-division standing; Completion of GE Foundation courses; GWAR portfolio course or score of 11 or higher on the GWAR Placement Exam.
The human and physical patterns of Europe. Using both historical and contemporary frameworks, it draws connections between cultural, environmental, geo-political and economic characteristics in the region.The course also introduces pressing social and political issues and evaluates differing ideas on potential solutions.
