FIN 640 - Seminar in Quantitative Analysis

Prerequisite: FIN 501, python programming skills, and Master of Science in Financial Analytics majors only.
Focus is on econometrics theory and applying quantitative analysis to economic and financial data in the decision-making process of firms and financial institutions. Topics include probability theory, probability distribution, sampling and estimation, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.

Letter grade only (A-F). May be repeated to a maximum of 6 units in different semesters.
