CINE 381 - Directing the Documentary

Prerequisite/Corequisite: CINE 380 and CINE 415 ; FEA Creative Nonfiction Production sub-plan; Junior or Senior standing.

Explores the practice of creative nonfiction production, from concept through final delivery of a short film. Students acquire hands-on experience in documentary research, directing, cinematography, sound recording, editing, sound design, and storytelling.

Letter grade only (A-F). Course fee may be required. (6 hours activity)
