ENGL 301B - English Proficiency

Prerequisites: ENGL 100B or equivalent.
Advanced course in English usage with emphasis on building proficiency in written language.

Both grading options. May be repeated to a maximum of 6 units. Not applicable to credit in any degree program of the Department of English. Enrollment limited to students needing language development beyond skills acquired in ENGL 100, as assessed by scores on the Writing Proficiency Exam. May be used to satisfy the GWAR.
