ENGL 301A - English Proficiency

Prerequisites: ENGL 100B or equivalent.
Intermediate course in English usage with emphasis on building proficiency in oral and written language.

Both grading options. Enrollment is limited to students needing language development beyond skills acquired in ENGL 100, as assessed by scores on WPE. May be repeated to a maximum of 6 units. Not applicable to credit in any degree program of the Department of English.
