Prerequisite: Graduate business standing, FIN 501 .
The role of the financial statements and the annual report in the financial reporting process. Using ratio analysis, students analyze past firm performance and make forecasts of future performance. Students study the effects of differing accounting methods on financial analysis. The study and the application of code of ethics and standards of professional conduct.
